TRS cadre disappointed over delay in party posts
Hyderabad, August 6: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party cadre is unhappy with the delay in appointing committees and not finalizing many nominated posts by the party leadership.
They have been waiting for the party committees for a long time. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao assured the cadre of doing justice to the senior party leaders very soon however nothing concrete was done so far.
Party leadership has promised to nominate the committees during plenary sessions but it could not be done. Though few corporations have been made and chairpersons nominated, many more are yet to be appointed.
Earlier, KCR announced that there would be two to three thousand posts for party cadre. Unrest among the party cadre enhanced after recent plenary session held in April this year.
So far TRS party could form full fledge committees for student wing whereas market committees and temple committees are yet to be formed. KCR himself asked the MLAs to propose the names for committees before plenary session but progress on this direction was not seen.
This situation has led to severe disappointment among the party hopefuls and senior party leaders. Interestingly, several corporations have been formed and chairpersons were appointed but directors were not appointed so far.
Chief Minister KCR is busy in dealing with farmers issue and issues related to irrigation projects and could not take time out for finalizing party posts.
